From a hairline crack to a fully soaked crawl space, our Chauncey crew has seen it and fixed it. No guesswork, no scare tactics — just a clear plan and a fair price.
Background-checked Chauncey technicians · 24/7 dispatch
We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
Our Chauncey crew leads have handled repairs like yours dozens of times before, and a supervisor signs off before we call any job finished.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Chauncey homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Chauncey crews hear about most.
Odor is often the very first clue Chauncey homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
Small cracks in a Chauncey foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
This is one sign we tell Chauncey customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Chauncey crews handle most.
Storm season keeps our Chauncey emergency line busy — active flooding always jumps ahead of routine inspections in the queue.
Get Emergency Help →We seal active Chauncey foundation cracks with epoxy injection — stopping the leak at its source instead of patching the surface.
Ask About Crack Repair →Already have a pump that's struggling? We'll test it honestly and tell you whether it needs replacing or just a tune-up.
Book a Pump Check →Some Chauncey properties need both systems working together — we'll say so honestly instead of selling just one.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp Chauncey crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We handle below-grade waterproofing for Chauncey property managers and business owners, scheduled around your operating hours to limit disruption.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
Every Chauncey quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.
We've heard every Chauncey horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
There's no verbal quote that grows once the crew shows up — the written estimate is final.
A local dispatch model means the technician who answers your questions is the same one who shows up.
Warranty terms are explained in plain language before you sign, with no fine-print surprises later.
If your Chauncey basement just needs a small crack seal instead of a full system, that's exactly what we'll tell you.
We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
Every Chauncey job reflects on the next referral, so we treat each one like it matters.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Crawl space smelled bad for years. After encapsulation, the smell upstairs is completely gone."
"Handled waterproofing for our parking structure with minimal disruption to tenants and stuck to the schedule."
"Expected a huge bill for three cracks, only one actually needed injection. Appreciated the honesty."
"Insurance claim was stressful until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Approved within a week."
"Crew was respectful of our landscaping during the drain install and left the yard looking better than before they started."
We back our Chauncey work with real, transferable warranties because we plan to be here long after the job is done, not just for the one visit.
